Your experience is stronger than your current story.
Titles and résumé bullets do not fully show the scope, judgment, or impact of the work you have done.
Executive Trajectory™
Executive Trajectory™ is career strategy for experienced professionals ready to shape what comes next. This six-stage coaching system helps you decide on a direction, show the value of your experience, and pursue the right opportunity with a clear plan.
Is Executive Trajectory the Right Fit?
You may already have substantial experience and a strong record. Executive Trajectory becomes useful when the next move deserves clearer evidence, sharper choices, and a strategy built around the work and life you actually want.
Titles and résumé bullets do not fully show the scope, judgment, or impact of the work you have done.
Internal advancement, an external role, a pivot, consulting, or another path needs to be evaluated against evidence and real-life priorities.
Compensation, geography, health, family, values, culture, and sustainability belong in the decision—not on the sidelines.
You want a clear target, credible language, useful materials, and a strategy you can operate without depending on constant coaching.
The Executive Trajectory System
The six stages form one connected system. Each stage answers a specific question and produces something you will use in the next.
Clarify the decision in front of you, the constraints that matter, and what you want the next role to make possible. We turn that into a working brief that you review and confirm.
Review your career history and collect the projects, decisions, and results that best show how you lead and create value.
Build three detailed IMPACT cases that show the situation, the decisions you made, the people or resources involved, and the result.
Compare realistic paths and define the role, level, scope, compensation, culture, location, and working conditions worth pursuing.
Turn your evidence and chosen direction into an executive résumé, Executive Summary, Executive Portfolio, and language you can use in networking and interviews.
Track the right conversations and opportunities, prepare for live decisions, learn from feedback, and leave with a Strategic Action Dashboard you can continue using on your own.
We do not force the work into a preset number of sessions. We move forward when the research, decisions, and materials for each stage are ready.
What you will have when the system is complete: a defined target, three evidence-based leadership stories, an executive résumé, Executive Summary, Executive Portfolio, networking and interview language, and a Strategic Action Dashboard you can keep using. No coach can guarantee a promotion, offer, or new role because the final decision belongs to the organization.
Kristy F.’s Experience
Kristy came to coaching wanting to strengthen her leadership, address critical team issues, and make a major career decision. The work supported both: improved team climate and culture, then a confident application and interview process for a director-level role she described as her dream job.

“Working with Kole and Finley Coaching changed my professional trajectory in ways I could not have imagined. I was in search of someone who could help me improve my leadership skills, provide coaching around critical issues facing the teams I supervised, and support me with making big life decisions about my career. Kole provided key coaching support and equipped me with the tools I needed to enhance and strengthen my capacity to lead, and ultimately make a decision to change careers by taking a professional leap of faith. I am now starting my dream job and never would have accomplished any of it without Kole’s guidance and leadership development. […]

How the Engagement Works
You will know how we work, what you are responsible for, and what each stage will produce.
We discuss the decision or transition, what needs to become clearer, and whether Executive Trajectory is the right starting point. It is a fit conversation, not a coaching session or pressured sales call.
We confirm scope, scheduling, investment, responsibilities, support, and any sponsor requirements before coaching begins.
We review your career history, goals, deadlines, existing documents, and any immediate opportunities. We also agree on how we will work together.
Each stage produces what the next stage needs. If an application or interview deadline appears, we address what you need for that opportunity while continuing the full work.
What I Bring to the Work
I have served as a CEO, led inside organizations, and coached approximately 1,300 real estate professionals and leaders through decisions that affected careers, teams, performance, and livelihoods. That experience helps me look beyond a job title and understand the scope, judgment, influence, and contribution behind the work.
In Executive Trajectory, we examine the complete record, separate evidence from assumption, test what your experience can credibly support, and make decisions that account for both the market and the life around the work.
You remain the decision-maker. My role is to challenge your thinking, help you see what you may be underestimating or overlooking, and build a system you can use without becoming dependent on me to operate it.
Meet KoleFrequently Asked Questions
Career coaching should be clear enough to evaluate before you make a commitment.
Executive Trajectory focuses on where an experienced professional takes a career next and how to shape that direction. Executive Architecture focuses on how a leader operates and grows at greater scope. If the central question is what comes next, Executive Trajectory is usually the better starting point. If the central question is how to lead the role you already hold, begin with Executive Architecture.
No. Executive Trajectory can support internal advancement, an external search, a career pivot, consulting or fractional work, board or advisory possibilities, or a coordinated pathway. The system helps you determine which direction is credible and sustainable before building activity around it.
The work includes an executive résumé, Executive Summary, Executive Portfolio, and practical networking language. We build them from your actual results and chosen direction—not from guesswork or generic templates. We update LinkedIn when it is useful and safe given your current position.
If an application or interview deadline appears, we focus first on the evidence, positioning, and materials required for that opportunity. Then we return to the remaining stages without abandoning the full work.
The work follows six stages rather than a fixed number of sessions. We discuss scheduling and expectations before you commit, then move to each stage when the research, decisions, and materials from the prior stage are ready.
No. A promotion, offer, or new role is a desired result, but another organization controls that decision. Executive Trajectory is designed to give you a validated direction, credible evidence, aligned materials, focused action, and the ability to interpret feedback and continue independently.
Start With a Conversation
In a private 40-minute conversation, we will discuss the decision in front of you, what you need to know before acting, and whether Executive Trajectory is the right support.
If the fit is not right, I will say so plainly.
