Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders

Lead what comes next with greater clarity, authority, and range.

You have already built meaningful capability. When the role, environment, or decision becomes more complex, executive coaching gives you the structure and perspective to lead deliberately into what comes next.

When Leadership Expands

What brought you here remains valuable. What comes next asks you to use it with greater range.

The challenge is often not whether you can execute. It is whether the way you think, decide, communicate, and lead can expand with the work now in front of you.

Your scope has grown faster than the leadership habits that once served you.

A more visible role requires clearer judgment, stronger communication, and steadier authority.

Organizational complexity is testing how you influence, prioritize, and navigate competing demands.

A consequential career decision requires more than finding the next available role.

Executive coaching creates the private, structured space to see the full situation, make deliberate choices, and turn those choices into practice.

Choose Your Pathway

Two pathways. One purpose: helping you lead what comes next deliberately.

How the Work Creates Movement

Insight matters when it changes how you lead.

Every engagement is shaped around the executive and the situation. The work follows a practical sequence that moves from understanding the issue to applying decisions in the real work.

Assess the situation

Identify what is happening, the patterns affecting it, and what the role, relationship, or decision now requires.

Set the priorities

Separate the critical issues from the noise, clarify the tradeoffs, and define what a strong result needs to look like.

Choose a course of action

Decide what to do, what the decision requires, and what will not receive attention right now.

Put it into practice

Apply the approach in actual meetings, team decisions, working relationships, and career conversations.

Review and adjust

Examine what changed, strengthen what worked, and adjust the plan where the results show that something needs to change.

A Client Transformation

From managing the daily demands to building an organization positioned for growth.

As founder of Top Performance Basketball, Jeros D. wanted to spend less of his time reacting to immediate demands and more of it leading the company deliberately. Through Executive Architecture, our work expanded from solving the issue in front of him to strengthening his leadership, clarifying priorities, and building the systems required for sustainable growth.

Working with Kole Finley through The Unshakable Executive and her Executive Leadership Program has been one of the most transformative investments I have made in myself and my business.

Kole has helped me grow from being consumed by the daily demands of Top Performance Basketball into becoming a more intentional, strategic leader. She challenged me to stop thinking only as an operator and begin leading as the architect and builder of my organization. With her guidance, I have gained greater clarity around my vision, priorities, leadership responsibilities, and the systems required to build a sustainable and scalable business.

Our work together has influenced nearly every part of my company—from organizational structure, staff development, accountability, and operating procedures to marketing, technology, financial discipline, and long-term expansion. Her weekly guidance keeps me focused on the actions that move the business forward instead of allowing urgent daily tasks to control my time.

Kole does more than offer advice. She asks the difficult questions, identifies blind spots, holds me accountable, and helps me turn ideas into practical action. She has also connected me with exceptional resources and professionals who have helped us improve our systems and automate major parts of our business.

Most importantly, Kole has helped me develop greater confidence, discipline, and clarity as an executive. Top Performance Basketball is more organized, more capable, and better positioned for growth because of her influence. I am becoming a stronger leader, and my business is reaching a level I would not have reached as quickly on my own.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kole Finley and The Unshakable Executive to any business owner who is serious about personal growth, stronger leadership, and building an organization that can thrive beyond them. Kole will encourage you, challenge you, and elevate the way you think about yourself and your business.

Why Work With Kole

Executive coaching informed by real leadership experience.

I have served as a CEO, led inside complex organizations, and coached leaders as they stepped into larger roles, worked through difficult decisions, and changed how they led their teams.

I bring that experience to each engagement. We examine the decisions in front of you, test assumptions, prepare for important conversations, and turn what you are learning into actions you can use in your actual work.

You do not need to become a different person to lead at a higher level. We identify the strengths you can rely on, the patterns that may be limiting your impact, and the specific changes that will help you lead with greater clarity and authority.

What Happens Next

First, we talk. Then you decide. Coaching begins only if the fit is right.

Starting a conversation does not enroll you in coaching. It gives us a clear way to understand what you are facing, determine whether I can help, and decide whether working together makes sense.

Have a private first conversation.

We meet for 40 minutes to discuss what is happening, what you want to accomplish, and what you need from a coach. I will explain how I work and answer your questions. We will both consider whether the fit is right.

This is a fit conversation—not a coaching session or a pressured sales call.

Decide whether to work together.

If we agree that coaching is the right next step, I will recommend the appropriate pathway and explain the engagement. You will know the goals, expected length, session schedule, investment, and responsibilities before you make a decision.

Nothing begins until you understand the engagement and choose to move forward.

Begin coaching with a clear plan.

We begin with a 90-minute onboarding session to define your goals, priorities, and current situation. Ongoing sessions focus on the real decisions, conversations, relationships, and challenges in front of you.

Each session connects insight to specific actions you can apply in your work.

You will know what you are agreeing to before coaching begins.

The engagement is explained clearly so you can make an informed decision without unanswered questions about how the work will operate.

Frequently Asked Questions

What you may want to know before we talk.

These are some of the practical questions executives ask when they are considering coaching.

Is coaching useful if I am already successful?

Yes. Most executives I work with are already capable and accomplished. Coaching gives you a private place to examine important decisions, prepare for larger responsibilities, strengthen communication and influence, and make deliberate choices about what comes next.

How do I know which coaching pathway fits?

Executive Architecture focuses on how you lead: your decisions, authority, communication, relationships, and ability to operate effectively at the level your role requires.

Executive Trajectory focuses on where an experienced professional takes a career next: the work you want, the value you bring, how you position yourself, and the actions required to move toward the right opportunity. If both are present, we identify the primary need during our first conversation.

What will be expected of me between sessions?

You will not be given busywork. Between sessions, you may test a new approach in a meeting, prepare for an important conversation, make a decision, or complete a focused reflection that supports the work.

In the next session, we review what happened, what you learned, and what needs to be continued or adjusted.

Is executive coaching confidential?

Yes. What you discuss in coaching remains private, subject to the legal and ethical limits explained in your coaching agreement.

If your employer sponsors the engagement, we agree in advance on what may be shared. That usually includes coaching goals and participation—not the content of your sessions.

Are coaching sessions held virtually?

Yes. Sessions are held by video, which allows us to work consistently without adding travel time to your schedule. Your meeting information and preparation details are provided before each session.

Start With a Conversation

Considering coaching? Start with a private 40-minute conversation.

We will discuss what is happening, what you want to accomplish, and whether I am the right coach to help. You will know what I recommend and what working together would involve before you make a decision.

There is no obligation to begin coaching.
